Important: At least one author (per paper) must register at participant (virtual or in person).
Your conference fee covers attendance (in person/virtual) for all sessions, coffee breaks, and refreshments during conference days, as well as conference documentation and guidance. Lunch and Gala dinner on the 8th of June are also included. The accommodation, breakfast and other meals are the responsibility of each participant.
Virtual Participation
Those who are unable to attend the conference in person due to travel costs, schedule conflict or teaching/research load, but wish to participate with their research at SMART 2018 conference, virtual participation is available.
This allow participants to submit papers for refereeing and publication in the journal issue with the conference proceedings, exactly like a regular paper.
