Abstract:
In crisis situations, the communication process at the level of the company is distorted, because the exchange of information between the company and the environment where this acts is blocked. Although an efficient management helps limit the loss of information, it cannot reestablish
the communication process very quickly. This is achieved by guidance with the help of 2 elements: motivational triggers and special constructions. On the other hand, guidance has the role to reestablish both the communication process and the process of directing behaviors by transmitting precise tasks from which a concrete response is expected in a short time.

Abstract:
Using eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) in financial reporting increases transparency by allowing viewing the details of the information provided by organizations without subdividing it and the possibility of easy access and processing information, even if it is presented in different languages or it results from the application of different regulations. Through this paper we try to emphasize the transparency ensured to financial reporting by using XBRL, which is why we
transposed in this modern format, partially, the contents of one of the components of financial reports, namely, the balance sheet. In this process we based on the requirements of the Romanian accounting
regulations in compliance with European directives, XML requirements and XBRL requirements concerning schemas, linkbase files and instances, and we used three of the modules of Altova MissionKit application (XMLSpy, MapForce and StyleVision), while taking into account the best practices in the field.

Abstract:
Previous researchers that have employed Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in modeling online buying behavior, validated that consumers’ attitude towards online buying is mainly determined by two salient beliefs: perceived usefulness of online buying and perceived ease of buying online. This paper takes a different approach from previous studies and postulates that the relationship between ease of buying online and attitude will be moderated by consumers’ perceived self-efficacy. The results of a PLS-based structural equation modeling analysis validate
this assumption, indicating a negative path coefficient for the moderating effect. This means that the direct effect of perceived ease of buying online on attitude will decrease as consumers gain more skills and knowledge about online buying and thus, they perceive an increased selfefficacy.
The results of this study implies that consumers’ salient beliefs of online buying must be rethought since perceived ease of buying is losing its importance in determining consumers’ attitude for those highly experienced online buyers.

Abstract:
This paper will investigate the controversy that is innate between the two costing techniques; Absorption Costing and Marginal Costing and would throw light on which costing technique better serves its purpose in helping management for decision making process and if Marginal Costing technique is concluded as better technique then why it should not be used for external reporting purpose. This paper will only crystallize and highlight the issues descriptively and will not resolve the issues that are inherent between the two costing techniques. The unique thing about this paper is that it is in favor of treating fixed cost as product cost that is it is supporting the advocates of Absorption Costing Technique but it is against to consider profit as a function of production rather it believes that profit should only be considered as function of sales for stock valuation and to help management in decision making process that is, regarding this point it is supporting advocates of Marginal Costing.

Abstract:
Through motivation, managers are looking to fulfil certain needs of employees with the purpose that this way, through their behaviours and actions, they can more easily achieve the goals of the organization. Motivation addresses some needs, tensions of the employee that he needs to fulfil. But, in order for motivation to have results, we must consider that once a need or tension is fulfilled, it is no longer generating motivation. The metaphor using analogies form explanations that have the role of passing the barrier of the consciousness. The metaphor makes different connexions between the processes, symbols, situations and behaviour of the respective employee. These elements improve communication with the help of words, expressions and stories. Using metaphor in the motivation process of employees has allowed: to surpass resistance in the communicationprocess by using analogies because they induce for that employee a possible solution of the problem, using analogies induces a certain way to solve problems, it allows for an easiertransmission of information. In the motivation process, by using the motivational triggers, special constructions, verbs in active voice, it helps to easily transmit messages towards the employees but they also have the ability to make the message last in time after reaching the recipient. It can beappreciated that the metaphor has a more efficient effect in the motivational process than traditional theories, because they address the employee directly, and the commands it sends to it do not depend on the direct way of fulfilling some needs of the respective employee.
