Time-Delay Artificial Neural Network Computing Models for Predicting Shelf Life of Processed Cheese
Abstract
This paper presents the capability of Time–delay artificial neural network models for predicting shelf life of processed cheese. Datasets were divided into two subsets (30 for training and 6 for validation). Models with single and multi layers were developed and compared with each other.
